Is YouTube Dying Or Is YouTube Dead Already — Deepdizy.com

Is YouTube Dying Or Is YouTube Dead Already. We’re going to find out. I have some youtube facts for you that are going to blow your mind and we’re starting right now.

What Big Creators Are Saying ?

Ok if you haven’t seen the news about all the stuff that is going on with YouTube then you are probably living under a rock somewhere. We all know that there’s been a lot of really big creators that are saying that they’re going to leave YouTube, or they’ve already left YouTube because of the different things that are happening with the ads or different changes that are always going on here on the platform.

Well, there’s no denying that YouTube is definitely changing and I’m curious to know what you think. Is YouTube dying? let me know down in the comments below what you think.

Why This Hype Is Going On ?

Here’s the thing when situations like this happen and there’s a lot of news around it. There’s a lot of hype going on behind this particular creator saying that they’re going to get off YouTube, and this person is freaking out because their ad revenue dropped, which is totally understandable. That doesn’t necessarily mean that the platform is going anywhere. Let me tell you what I mean.

According to YouTube, they have over a two billion users (according to businessofapps) that are almost 1/3 of all the people on the internet. And every day people watch hundreds of millions of hours on YouTube and generate billions of views. And we are all wanting just a small part of those billion views. Right.

YouTube has launched local versions in more than 88 different countries. You can navigate YouTube in a total of 76 different languages, covering 95% of the internet population.

Now think about that for a second. You know MySpace was coming. People said YouTube’s dying. People didn’t think that myspace was just going to fade away either but on the flip side of things, myspace didn’t have over a billion users per day.

Here’s another one for you that you’re going to like. The number of channels earning six figures per year on YouTube is up 50% year-over-year. Now that is very important to keep in mind.

Now I know what the whole ad apocalypse thing is that’s going on. You know those numbers are going to have a drastic change next year. But keep in mind that those numbers also don’t include all of the money that’s being made off of YouTube but because of YouTube. As an example, one of YouTuber’s income streams is sending people to their affiliate links. But in addition to that Google and YouTube are still number one and two on the Alexa global website ranking list.

What Is The Actual Reason ?

Look here’s the reality YouTube is changing. YouTube is evolving. Every platform, every website on the Internet is constantly evolving. If you look at any website on the Internet ten years ago that was here ten years ago, if you look at those websites and you compare them to the websites that they have now (you can do that using the web archive if you need to but anyway). If you make the comparison there are a lot of changes that have taken place as technology changes.

YouTube Is Not Dyeing. Its Changing

Everything is going to change, it’s going to keep changing because for every change that’s made people are going to try to find a way to exploit it. In addition to that people are going to try to find things to complain about and try to find things that are actually wrong with whatever it is that seems to be working okay.

So are we taking a hit on ad money? Yes absolutely do. The algorithm changes and it changes the features. It’s changing, it’s evolving and because of that, we as creators have to change along with it.
We have to adjust whatever it is that we’re going on our end to make sure that we’re feeling whatever holes are being created on the end of the platform.

Old Creators Income Is Going Down

So for example the huge channels that are leaving because their income got cut down by 75%. For those people, it’s a horrible thing. I can’t even imagine waking up tomorrow and having 75% or 90% of my income gone overnight. I can’t even imagine what happens in your mind in that situation it has to be a horrible thing. But the audience is still there, the potential is still there, the ability to make money is still there.

Why YouTube Is Still Not Dead

At the end of the day, YouTube is not dead, YouTube is not dying. The users are not going anywhere. The main thing is that YouTube has so many audiences and the audience will not leave YouTube for the reason if some YouTuber’s income is down to 90%.

But look just a recap here’s the thing. Over 400 hours of videos are uploaded every minute. Still, right there is the second-largest website in the world, and the biggest website in the world is theirs. It’s the same company. You are still here on YouTube watching videos, you are still here on YouTube creating content, or getting ready to start your new channel, or getting ready to start trying to reach the world, and to reach other people through YouTube.

You’re a content creator, make content, put it up on YouTube, put it up on other platforms as well if you want to, but at the end of the day, YouTube is not dead. YouTube is not dying at least not right now.
